MONTERREY, January 12, 2021 - Equisoft, a leading global provider of digital business solutions for the insurance and wealth industries, announced that it has been chosen by Seguros Banorte to modernize the company’s policy administration processes and support its life insurance business line.
Seguros Banorte is one of Mexico’s leading insurance companies. The company offers a complete and diverse portfolio of life insurance products, including Income, Term Life, Traditional, Whole Life, Endowment, and Non-Traditional Life Plans.
As part of this technology upgrade, Equisoft will migrate Seguros Banorte’s existing life insurance portfolio from its legacy systems to the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration for Life and Annuity (OIPA), in addition to configuring products and processes and ensuring seamless integration with the applications that make up its business ecosystem.
The project is already underway and will be implemented using the Equisoft/manage offer, a low-risk SaaS policy management solution. It is expected to launch in early January 2021.
